COVID-19 Dealer Statement
Following the announcement of new national restrictions from December 20th 2020, we want to update our customers on a number of changes to our dealership operations and services during this period.
AFTERSALES DEPARTMENTS (Service, MOT & Parts) – Open as usual
Our Aftersales operations will, in accordance with Government guidelines, remain open as usual for all your service, Parts and MOT requirements.
In the service department, our contactless handover, vehicle sanitisation, personal and vehicle protective equipment, timed appointments and social distancing measures, ensure we continue to operate in accordance with COVID-19-secure guidelines
We need to MINIMISE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE SHOWROOM, so please take steps to avoid the need to wait inside our building, and consider if you can make do without a courtesy car. No customer refreshments will be available at this time.
We are looking forward to returning to our usual hospitable ways after this further period of lockdown
Our physical Sales showrooms will be temporarily closed in accordance with Government requirements. But will remain open throughout to handle your enquiries by telephone or online.
Our sales teams will be on hand to assist you and handle all aspects of purchasing a new or used car. We can send you a video guide to any vehicle that interests you. We will also be able to Value your part-exchange and organise finance from the comfort of your own home.

CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE
Our Click & Collect service allows you to select your vehicle, apply for finance and collect with convenience. Once your vehicle is on order, a member of the team will be in touch to arrange your COVID-19 secure vehicle handover from our forecourt.
CONTACTLESS HOME DELIVERY
During your virtual appointment, our team can also arrange for COVID-19 safe delivery of your vehicle directly to your home. Your handover will be conducted with full sanitisation and social distancing measures in place. You can also request a virtual vehicle handover from our sales team, they will be able to assist and to talk you through the technical features of your new vehicle.
